So What if The Chinese Female Gymnasts Are Young?

750505 So What if The Chinese Female Gymnasts Are Young?I got lazy with this article. There isn’t that much to say other then the USA Olympic Committee is a bunch of whiners. Don’t you have enough medals already?

You don’t need to tell me, those girls are NOT 16-years old, not even close. Sure they’re tiny and probably haven’t gone through puberty but here’s a simple way of thinking. (It may be entirely offensive but it’s a good analogy). Think of the age of consent laws. In Canada, the age of consent was moved up to 16 from 14 (thank god really) so if these Chinese gymnasts are 16…you could ask the proverbial question of would you hit it? (if you were single etc etc). If you say yes, please: a) Don’t tell me B) Don’t hang around parks.

Yes Asians are small but these girls look like they’re 7 even with the “asian” factor of the lack of hormones/height we sometimes seem to have.

Here’s the most important thing though. At 14, 12, 10 or so, these are the best athletes out there. They won gold, sure you can throw in “mental health” being a factor but it’s not. For a foreign country like the USA to complain - their intentions are set out for getting gold and more medals - not about the spirit of the law. So they can go screw themselves.

Bolt Bolts to 100M World Record

Talk about insane. 47 strides in 100 metres. Usain Bolt is Barry Allen in disguise . He’s just 21, only ran the 100M for 1 year. The last 10 feet or so he coasted to a 9.69 world record. That’s right…he coasted by pulling up early to show off to the crowd a little.

He could probably pull off a lower 9.6 word record if he actually tries fully and has more experience running the 100M. I’ve got nothing else to say.

Michael Phelps - Is Not Human

Phelps1 Michael Phelps - Is Not HumanMichael Phelps is on pace to get 8 gold medals. So far of the 34 gold medals he’s captured, 2 of them were events in which he failed to get gold (200M freestyle and 4X100M relay). All he has to do is defend his titles.

You can’t downplay what this guy is on pace to do. 8 gold medals would be ungodly. I don’t care how many records or medals this guy has. I have new found respect after looking at his olympic schedule. How can a man do such a thing?

Not only has to survive all heats as well as race the finals. If he wins (which is the plan) he has stand through the medal ceremony giving him even less time between events. Some swimmers concentrate on certain events. Look at the in between times between some events. Is there such thing as fatigue?

Take a look:

It would be a shame if he didn’t pick up 8 gold medals, mainly because what he’s is doing is absolutely amazing. He’s working hard and hopefully he gets that 1 million dollar bonus. Otherwise that schedule is just insane for an athlete. It would be interesting to see how he holds up on Thursday with 4 total events.

There’s not enough I can say about this guy. He’s the Tiger Woods of swimming. He’s type of athlete I don’t mind cheering for because he’ll make his millions and unless he starts a coke habit and dates all the hottest celebrities, I won’t hear from him again in another 4 years so I can get on the bandwagon.

Apparently he likes receiving an autographed Baltimore Ravens jersey rather then gold medals. Michael Phelp’s breakfast would give me a heart attack. The women are quite fond of him. (The woman who wrote the article didn’t even mention that Mr. Phelps is probably going to be stinking rich too ;).).
